I use for 1/2 acre yard. Wish it came with two keys. Also a small solar cell on the battery box would certainly help keep the battery charged. Also everyone I talk to is shocked you are discontinuing mower sales in North America

Replacing a HRX217
Need start by saying I am surprised I am replacing a Honda after 8 years, I know that might seem like a lot but have a 30 year old Craftsman edger that has not missed a beat. Why did I buy another Honda, got spoiled by the previous one. The old one froze up on me after maintaining it as specified. I guess even Honda's aren't made like they use to be.

So far so Great !!
This is my second Honda mower, upgrading from an old HRB215. So far I love how the mower cuts and how durable it feels. Not sure of how much I like the drive system yet, will take some getting use too.

Great lawnmower that does so much more than cuttin
I love this new mower. Not only does it help with the self propelled option while cutting the grass, but it can also mulch leaves for me in my backyard. I have about 20 hardwood trees in my backyard and the leaves blanket my yard like snow. So this mower can mulch and bag them for me to help keep me from having to spend about a week taking.

GREAT EXCEPT FOR THE REAR WHEEL DRIVE SELF PROPELL
A GREAT MOWER. I HAVE HAD THE HRX 217VLA FOR 2 YEARS. IT HAS BEEN EXCEPTIONAL. BUT, THIS YEAR THE SELF PROPELLED SYSTEM QUIT WORKING, AND THE REAR WHEELS LOCK UP WHEN YOU TRY TO PULL IT BACKWARDS THIS SEEMS TO BE A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THIS MOWER AS EVIDENCED BY ALL OF THE ONLINE COMMENTS
