I have purchased this and really liked it. But it died after it's 2 year warranty. I decided to buy the same one again. It lasted 27 months. It appears to fail right after the 2 year warranty. I will not be purchasing again.

Doesn't last long at all !!!

Lasted only 6 months before throwing the infamous error code "E9" (search online for it). Just got done filling out the replacement/refund form & sending the required photos, including of the cut cord proving that you have made it nonfunctional. Hopefully i get a refund, because once they replace it, no more warranty !! Nearly $400 for something that doesn't last a year, and they may replace with another piece of junk ?!? Repeat after me .... I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HISENSE PRODUCT

Leaks, Leaks and Leak

So angry. I purchased two different Hisense in 2024, now both are leak when the pump is on.

Worked great before dying at 11-month mark

This dehumidifier did a great job of removing humidity for the first 10-11 months. While in the basement I noticed the humidistat on the wall showed the humidity higher than normal so I went to check the dehumidifier and it displayed an error code of E9. Unplugged and plugged back in and the unit would run for a while but would not remove humidity before showing another E9 error. It’s a shame no companies make a dehumidifier that last these days

Forget Warranty

I purchased this dehumidifier on 31 May 23 & it worked about a year. I started 5 months ago trying to get service. Lowe's won't touch it due to Hisenses' warranty. Hisense will take my info BUT the service tech never CALLS!!!!!!!!! This is a scam because once they got the sale, Hisense will not make good on the warranty. Lowes is as much at fault as Hisense. Lowes will sell the product but will not help to get the warranty work. It's all about the dollar, and not integrity.

JUNK!

Purchased from Lowe's in April 24. It quit working in Sept 24. After run around from Hisense, received a replacement that had a pump that is not working! And Lowe's will not help along with Hisense is giving the run around while humidity in basement is 86%. Will never purchase anything from Lowe's or a Hisense product again.
