Good replacement lamp socket

Used this to repair an outdoor light fixture (the original bracket supporting the socket rusted away, the socket was loose so bulbs couldn't be unscrewed or screwed in). I unscrewed the bolt holding the bracket that came with this socket and used a #6-32 1/2" stainless machine screw to attach it to a custom bracket I made to fit my light fixture.

Easy to hook up

Fit into job well

Nice smaller sized lamp base

As advertised and arrived as advertised . This base is slightly smaller than the ceramic ones which would not fit in an old vintage lamp I was restoring.

Good retrofit for fixtures with fluorescent bulbs

I sometimes encounter lighting fixtures with failed hard-to-replace internal components. So, I retrofit the fixture with one of these sockets and add an LED bulb.

Lamp socket for custom light projects.

The mounting bracket is too small but fortunately it's attached with a bolt and can be replaced. Hope it continues to be made with a replaceable bolt.
