I didn't look at small items in the bag; the wheel was my concern. I need to replace cotter pins on mowers and carts, so I ordered a 10-pack, and when I got home and put the wheel on with 2 extra washers like others had said in comments, it worked out perfectly. So I went to open my cotter pin bag, and it was only a 2-pack. I wasn't going to drive back 25 miles to complain, so I thought I would just do it here.
