My guitar player stopped moving his head days before Halloween. We reached out to [email protected] and they responded with options to replace the box. Because I could not find my receipt they asked me to pay $40 via a PayPal link and provide the receipt and then they would send the part. I paid and sent the receipt almost a week ago and no response.

Cool animatronic with 1 HUGE storage design flaw
I like the animatronic, mine plays music and connects to bluetooth just fine... BUT... some moron designed this so that once you put the guitar together, IT DOESN'T COME APART. They call it a "one time snap lock". Are you not aware that people actually take animatronics down and STORE THEM IN THE BOX THEY CAME IN? Stopped Working on Oct 30th
We bought this guy along with the drummer this year along with the drummer. This guy literally quit working the day before Halloween. He won't connect to Bluetooth, won't play in demo, and doesn't move. Only his eyes light up. Only had it up since the beginning of the month.

Problem with head on the guitar reaper
I bought both the drummer and the guitar reaper assembled them, and they worked great for a couple nights. But now the guitar reaper does not Bob its head anymore. Can someone from support help me please

I bought this guitar reaper as a companion to the drummer and they are an excellent pair. I did have some issues with the drummer as it was a floor model but I contacted the manufacturer and they got me the parts I need to get it working again super fast. That sort of customer service is getting rarer and rarer these days. Thanks guys! Ease of use and bluetooth connection couldn't be better. Outstanding product.

Garbage
We hunted for 2 straight weeks to find this thing, even emailed the company. We finally found a store that would sell the displays and we bought this and the drummer. Sorry to say the electronics on this are cheap garbage. Bluetooth won't stay connected, absolutely lifeless in motion activation mode except for a few speaker grumbles that sound like farts and "yesss" we can't get either of them to do anything more than that. Good idea but cheap garbage product that cost 475.00
