Lights & Voice stopped work

This animatronic looks awesome, and I was really excited about it. However, after just 2.5 weeks into the season, one leg light stopped working. I stored it carefully and set it back up for the 2025 season — now nothing works at all. Really disappointing, especially for how much it costs. Definitely the worst animatronic I’ve purchased so far. I could attach a picture put it would now just be it standing in my yard.

Impressive 12 ft Mummy- 2023 Version

I was worried about getting the mummy thanks to the many bad reviews about quality from last year. Once I learned this 2023 mummy was improved from last year, I decided to get it. I set the mummy up today to test and everything works great. I think this is the first large animatronic I've purchased where everything was good out of the box. 2022 model and this year will be another hit

I also have last year's model and was a fantastic addition to my expansive Halloween haunt; I have about 250' of road frontage with my house set back a bit so I fill it up with over 200 different pieces with some I made and most I bought. I did have problems where the bearing for the upper torso went towards the end of the year. I also wasn't impressed with the clothing, I have washed it a couple times trying to get mildew out. On it's 3rd season

Our mummy is on it's 3rd season, it's been through 70MPH winds, pouring rain, and the only issue we're had is this season the lights below his knee on the right leg stopped working, other than that still going strong

Overall a good one

Since it not time yet. I did not install the mummy permanelt yet. I tested it out and this review is based on my testing. I might post detailed review when I install it permanetly. Her we go... I had little diffulty putting on shoulder as it was slightly mis alined, with bit od my bending skills I manged to asseble it. We're in love with our purchase. We can't wait to see it out on display at our house come Halloween night. We go all out for the big night and have had over 1000 people come and see our display. This will be a great added feature this year. I gave it 4 stars because the black material sewn into the pants for the femurs is sewn on the wrong side. What I mean is, the right femur was sewn on the left pant leg. This may not be a big deal to some, but I'm an X-ray tech, so this drives me crazy...

Intermittently doesn’t work

I have been collecting 12’ Halloween Decor since 2020. In our front yard collection we have the 12’ Skeleton, 12’ inferno pumpkin, 12’ Witch, and the 9.5’ werewolf. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY

Stops working after 1 or 2 uses. Is not rated for outside use. Condensation will kill the circuit board. Lowes will not help you find parts or take it as a return after the Holiday. Product is cheap metal and cheap plastic. They claim that contacting some random link they give you will help with customer support but the link does not work and sends you nowhere. Junk

Purchased last year in August 2022. Will not be able to use this year as it fell apart. Thought we could rig it up but it’s just too damaged. Good: Looks very cool for the first few days. Electronics worked well for ours. I’ve seen other reviews that had issues with theirs. Bad: Hard to put together. Parts don’t want to fit together. Too top heavy. Quality Sucks

Purchased and had it delivered. All parts were accounted for. Directions are in the box but were only slightly helpful. Mummy worked great for about a week. Had some rain come in, and even though it's rated for outside use....its not. No more sound or movement. The box inside gets wet, and it's over. Tried to get customer service on this and no help. They just provide you with a link to a website that does not work. it's a cool idea, but the quality is not what Lowes says it is.
