matte black not durable
The matte black on the edge of the faucet peeled off after one month of gentle use. Also, the handle came loose, and the toggle spray does not function. Water sprays out of the back of the sprayer where it toggles. Hansgrohe will not replace the product, but has agreed to replace the spray nozzle. I have no idea how to install a replacement the nozzle. I'm very disappointed in the quality of this product.

Do not buy a Hansgrohe
The hose on our Hansgrohe faucet corroded. Since it is built into the faucet, it cannot be replaced annd we must get a new faucet. The company refused to replace it despite a clear defect. Poor design and poor quality. I wouldn’t recommend any Hansgrohe product.

Don't Sell a Returned Product as New
Ordered a kitchen faucet on your website. Installers showed me scratches on the polished finish where someone had tried to install it. That and the fact that there were missing installation parts strongly suggested that the faucet was a returned item but sold as "new". Lowes accepted the return, but everyone was inconvenienced by this mistake.

Poor Coating Quality On Matte Black
We bought the matte black Talis N less than 6 months ago. It looked beautiful, and installation was not difficult. However, its coating/paint is chipped so easily and so much that it looks like a worn out faucet... We also have a Moen drinking water faucet (again matte black) installed next to it, and there is barely any marks on it. Disappointing...

Wow!

I love that is has the gentle was so I can clean my fruits and vegetables with ease. The option to use the spray or just the regular faucet is perfect. The nozzle hose is longer than any other faucets I have seen and makes filling pots so easy. This is the best faucet I have ever owned.

So elegant
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kitchen faucet is So Divine. It was easy to install using the step by step instructions, and did not use many tools to put together. I absolutely love the features on this faucet but my favorite is the magnetic pull down sprayer that is attached to the faucet. It makes cleaning the dishes and cleaning out the sink so easy. It also makes my kitchen look so elegant and beautiful. I actually look forward to doing the dishes now.
