Defective Item - Refusal for Help from Lowes

Would Not Recommend

Well, item arrived defective, i expressed myself to Lowes customer agents and management, provided photos, etc.... i requested to replace it with another one, they told me i would have to pay the NEW HIGHER PRICE by like $1500. This is not service i respect! Take your business elsewhere!
