NO LIGHT

We like the Fridge, but the led light doesn't and hasn't worked since we got it 2 days ago. Pretty hard to see inside without a light. I really don't know how this got passed the team that delivered and installed it in our house, I was at work and got home and noticed it immediately. This should have never happened.

Broken fridge

My Haier HA10TG21SS has now broke. It stays on and never turns off so the frost builds up and clogs the air pathways and everything gets warm in the fridge becomes nonfunctional

Leaks Everywhere

Going through these comments whats happening to my unit appears to be an on going problem with the unit freezing up and water on the top shelf that freezes too or spills out of the bottom and puddles. It has now ruined on flooring. But I'll try the suggestion of raising the front feet to see if that helps.

Leaking water and Seals are bad

we have had this fridge/freezer for a few years and recently it has started leaking water and the freezer has excessive icing. today we figured out the seals are no selling. When you open the fridge the freezer door is opening and causing warm air to get inside! Buy a different brand!

So far, so good! Only just installed. Not enough time to give in depth analysis.

Not very great item

Disappointed to know that one of these wont last a year before the door seals go out causing all kinds of issues on a item that should last years and years if not decades very unsatisfied from this item then to see i cant even get replacement gaskets unless I spend a fortune

No! Buyer beware!

Absolutely the worst value ever for a refrigerator. Sadly, I have the HA10TG21BSB model and the freezer evaporator fan is of such poor quality that, basically brand new, it is buzzing, whirring, and making such terrible noise when the freezer cooling turns on that I've set my sights on replacing it already and ASAP. I'm not the only one with this issue and Haier or GE will charge you $200+ for a replacement unit. But wait!?!...if it's such poor quality to begin with, why would I want another one...
