The Hager 4930R Rim Shim Kit is designed for use with Hager 4500 Series rim exit devices where a glass bead kit may interfere with proper device installation. Constructed from steel, the kit includes two 1/8" (3 mm) shims that provide additional spacing between the exit device and door surface. The shims feature a non-handed design, allowing use in compatible right-hand or left-hand door applications. Appropriate installation fasteners are included for proper mounting. This Hager 001423 version is finished in US26D Satin Chrome for a clean, coordinated appearance with compatible 4500 Series exit device hardware. :::
