Do not buy
Started our landscaping project with Ground Smart shredded rubber mulch in small bags bought in store. Needed more so ordered this pallet. Product was not Ground Smart brand, and the “shreds” were huge, nothing like my in store purchase. In addition, the rubber feels dry and brittle not soft and rubbery. Item should not state Ground Smart brand, this is an inferior product.

Love the new look of the SHRED
Left this item in my cart until it went on sale. The product is fine, but the third party that Lowe's uses to deliver the product are horrible. The product was delivered to their warehouse and they sat on it for a week before scheduling with me. You need to be there to sign for the delivery. The first try, they promised to deliver within a window, waited all day, only to find out their driver ran out of time and had to reschedule. Disappointed in the consistency
We had previously purched 150 bags of this mulch. When we ordered another 50 bags, I requested the same item number at my local Lowe’s. The new product was a different color, it had a reddish brown color, labeled the same but I think a different manufacturer.

Count the bags on arrival
The order was short 6 bags. I did not count them when they arrived as were wrapped in plastic I have called the store, left a message for the manager and text the number he initially left with no response.
