Great mulch, brilliant black color
I had this huge package delivered (free!) and it was wrapped very well. The only thing is that it is only curbside delivery and I had to leave it there for 3 days until my landscapers came as it was entirely too heavy for me to lift (total off all bags was 600 pounds) Luckily no one tried to steal it.

Shipped wrong pallet of mulch
They shipped the wrong pallet of mulch, requested shredded but sent cubed. Then the customer rep wanted me to bring it back to the store, it was a pallet weighing over 1000 lbs. They could not understand how hard that is to do until I asked to speak to a supervisor.

shorted 7.5 cu/ft and 3 other bags discolored
product description states 25 bags 1.5 cu/ft each with 37.5 cu/ft total. Instead received 15 bags 2.0 cu/ft, 30 cu/ft total, shorted 7.5 cu/ft. Additionally, 3 of 2.0 cu/ft bags were torn open, the content dried out and very discolored.
