What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the LED strip lights for vibrant colors, intuitive app controls, and music-activated effects that sync with sound. Most highlight easy installation with flexible design and strong adhesive backing, though some note difficulty around sharp corners. The customizable patterns and smart home integration create impressive ambiance in kitchens and living spaces. Several mention superior reliability compared to other brands. However, some find the lights lack true brightness and a pure white mode for task lighting, and a few report adhesive degradation over time. Overall, most customers consider them excellent for creating dynamic home atmosphere despite brightness limitations.

I was charged for this but got a charger instead

Would Recommend

I chose same day shipping. I got a dewalt phone charger instead. Good thing I got the insurance plan too. It was $110 and they never got back to me. I made a claim over the phone and I’ve never seen another email from them.
