This is wonderful product to substitute the real gym workout during the pandemic of 2020 and into 2021. There are so many variations of use to simulate the weight machines, beyond the booklet and film that comes with the kit. I don't use the door for support and have clamped the door support strap high around a column in my basement and made another strap attached low with pipe clamps that allow for easier and quicker exchange between the 2 positions. RIVALS A BRICK AND MORTAR GYM I bought the Ultimate Gym before I joined a real gym. Because of Covid, I no longer feel safe in a gym and I went back to the Ultimate Gym pack.
