They took care of the rust issue by honoring their warranty by offering a credit of much more than their original $30 offer. It still is not an outside tool - you should cover or store it at all times or it will start to rust in weeks
Rusted in months
Started to rust after a couple months. Pics show the rust after just under 8 months. How can you call this an outdoor item when you need to store in a garage to protect it. For warranty service, they offered a $30 refund on a $200 item that started going bad after 2 months - what kind of warranty backing is that? The life of this product is severely compromised. I will never order a product from them again.
The turning belt
Pretty easy to make but the belt that came with it to guide the hose to roll up or let out from the reel was way way to big and stretched out . It is basically useless

Received this product as a gift, but had a broken piece in it.
I'm from Canada. Received this product as a gift, but had a broken piece in it. Long story short, i did not have the order number or receipt and unfortunately due to family issues could not get this info. Because of this, nothing could or would be covered under warranty. If purchasing from this company, even as a gift, get the info from who purchased it for you as soon as you receive it, in case something happens, or else your SOL. Pros: solid construction, looks great, don't have to mount on...

Nice piece of equipment.
Nice piece of equipment. Pretty solid. I do wish the hose guide would have been ambidextrous so you could reel the hose up from either side depending on where you locate your hose reel to the faucet used.

It’s solid but the instructions could be more descriptive on the initiation of the assembly..ie the screws on the axle.but once that figured out it came together…I’m pleased with the results
