Arrived damaged

Would Not Recommend

The product arrived damaged. A metal panel was bent so that the lid didn't close properly. I assume this happened because the product isn't properly protected for shipping. I read about other users having this same issue but hoped it wouldn't happen to me. Now I have to re-box it and haul it to a Lowe's store for a return.

Solid construction. Much better built than plastic hose reel it’s replacing.

Hose Reel

Would Not Recommend

Bought one of these for the backyard last year and it was great. The one I bought this year for the front yard has a leak between the connector hose and the actual hose and is not useable.

Great product, packaging and handling not so greaf

Product is great, packaging not robust enough for shipping it seems. One side was bowed out when it was delivered, probably because box was dropped.

Easy to assemble, quality parts.

Easy to assemble, quality parts. One minor complaint: the unit is so light, when hose is unreeled, it would be nice to include ground stakes, to help secure the unit.

When I try to reel in a hose, it gets stuck on the right end and keeps making a clicking sound without reeling in the house further. I have tried with 2 different hoses and it’s the same issue. Is it defective or am I missing something?
