Great product, but application instructions are very vague.

The reason I am giving this a 4 star rating is because the application instructions do not detail that for this product to be sprayed on you need to have a professional HIGH PRESSURE sprayer, not just a pump-up garden type sprayer capable to handling a solvent based product. The pump-up garden type sprayers are featured in lots of videos of their different products, so without explicit instructions not to use that type I believe others may have my problems as well. Looks like it's going to fail

I applied the product as directed. Seemed like the coverage was spot on since the area to be sealed is about 3/4 of what the can can do and I used 3/4 of the can. It looked really nice when I was finished. A few hours later little bubbles began to appear here and there on the surface. When I popped one, the edges of the bubble left a whitish ring. LOOKS AMAZING!!!

I love the “wet look” this sealer gave our product!!!! It brightened the pavers and really showcases the beautiful deep red tones of our autumn harvest paver tiles. We’ve only had it down for two weeks, but it looks amazing! Water will bead up and stand on the top like “Rain X” after a rainfall. You can tell it definitely sealed the pavers well. Excellent product and highly recommend it

I had a company remodel the front yard with drought tolerant plants and pavers at the front steps and on side of driveway as well. I used this product and everything came out looking great. The pavers have a really good shine to them and I think the look is going to last for years.

First, I put this down on my new concrete pool pavers and it was somewhat difficult using the recommended 1/4 inch nap roller. It would not get into the gaps between the pavers, so I had to go back the next day with a brush to fill them in. I’m not sure if a thicker nap roller would have been a better choice considering the possibility of leaving puddles or over-covering the pavers. We had our stamped concrete patio with a long walkway for over 10 years. We have tried many other concrete sealers over the years that works just decent. Inconsistent Application

This is the fourth time I have applied this product. This time I followed all of the same steps to apply - sprayed with a Chapin xtreme and back rolled to even it out. This newest batch blistered all over like I applied too much product. Temp was correct, area thoroughly cleaned and dried , cans agitated, It sound like walking on shipping bubbles after drying for two days it had so many blisters on the exposed aggregate.

Great stuff, but follow the directions carefully and be prepared to move very quickly.

It seems like really high quality stuff and I'm very happy with it. It looks great and the gloss is perfect.
