It's applied easily. The first coat soaks in quickly while the second coat takes a while to soak in showing the first coat is already working.

Very pleased, slightly frustrated.
The product itself it fantastic and works like a charm. It was very easy to use and the instructions were clear. I did run in to some hiccups though and want to share those here. This product is rated to cover 30 sqft with two layers...if its not polished or sanded down. I wanted a nice, smooth finish on my counter tops and used diamond polishing discs up to an 800 grit. The first coat of the sealer soaked right in, but the second coat did not soak up nearly as well. I still had tons of solution...

Easy to Apply and Great Quality
I applied this to my concrete countertop about a month ago and so far it has held up very well. The application process was very easy and the product went further than I expected. I applied this to my concrete countertop about 2 months ago and so far it has been exceptionally resistant to stains (even coffee) and liquids. I'm very happy with the sealer!

Wont stain if you use with the wax
I sealed our countertops with this, using a thin roller brush, it seemed like the best approach as this is very thin in consistency. This doesn't stain as long as you use the wax also. Pretty good in my book.

Use with wax for optimal stain resistance
Have used this product for about 5 years and put on a couple new coats about once every 2.5 to 3 years. It's easy to use and takes about an hour for a large kitchen. Must use the wax with in for optimal stain resistance
