Ordered a Generac 2500 PSI pressure washer, model number 6595, from Lowes on 4/29/2015. Unit arrived on 5/5/2015 and had a broken gas cap and air filter cover. Contacted Generac Customer Service on 5/7. I believe the rep I spoke to was named Morgan. Satisfactory purchase
Over all the power washer is what I need. Starts well and easy with one pull. The instruction booklet however was vague on the soap attachments, which this didn't come with. Although the instructions said it did. Mine only came with a clear tube and no picture on where to hook it up. Also where the outlet wand attaches to the washer is just above where the inlet water hose attaches. The connection is hard to get your hands in there to tighten. The connection always drips water.

Best Purchase for a home so far
I have used pressure washers before, but the ease of this one is remarkable. Normally a one to two pull start, easy to move. The instructions are clear. I love having a spot for the wand to sit, the hose has a place to be, and the nossle ends are a snap to change as needed. Has worked great so far
We have used this twice. Once for 2 hours and once for 6 hours. Oil is changed and fuel run dry. It may or may not get used again this year. It came out of the box and set up in about a minute. Oil is included. Fueled and 3 pulls later it was running. I have to say anyone not liking this either got a lemon, expected it to do the dishes and the laundry or just doesn't read directions.
