The open end of the wrench has a reduced head diameter for greater access and features dual direction off-corner loading which gives a better grip on the fastener and reduces fastener rounding. The XL wrenches are up to 25% longer than our standard ratcheting combination wrenches providing more access and strength to tighten or release the most stubborn fasteners. The wrenches are made from a strong alloy steel with a bright, full polish chrome finish. The sizes are stamped and highly visible on each end of the wrench, metric using blue and SAE using red for quick and easy identification while on the job.
