Buttons seem a bit stiff but overall great product for the price. No problems with installing and programming. Just wish it had a remote.

Don't be hacked!

Please make sure you read all of the instructions. There is a default programming code and a default user code. MAKE sure you change the default programming code and delete the default user code. If you don't someone with a bit of knowledge can break into your house. I don't like the fact that the keypad does not sit flush on the surface and looks flimsy. This to me is not a deal breaker. Buttons stick

The buttons stick and you have to use a toothpick to get them back out. It's so agonizing that it takes longer to open the door with the keypad than just using a key. So what's the point of the keypad? I took this back and exchanged it for a name brand deadbolt. This same model carries about a dozen names depending what store you buy it from. I wouldn't count on getting replacement parts or help for this if you ever have a problem.

Quality is not that great, but for the money (plus, I got it on sale), it installs easily, works fine, and was an acceptable level of security for a glass door installation.

easy to install and great now I don't have to worry about the teenagers loosing their key!!!!

HELP - batteries keep dying within days

Our batteries keep dying within a week or so and then the door stays locked - you have to use a key and hold it turned to get in or out..... not sure what's wrong.

Works great, excellent price & value

replaced a schlage keyless lock after I installed a storm door. this is better than the schlage for the following reasons; 1. it is an inch thinner so can be used with a storm door 2. locking mechanism is motorized, enter the code and the bolt opens and closes automatically 3. it can be programmed to lock automatically, so no more "did we lock the door?" 4. looks good 5. multiple codes, including 1 time use codes 6. easy to program it's good, better then the schlage I replaced that costs 2x

Great buy for price!

I use this lock daily. Works great, Half the price of other name brand locks. Love the fact that it is motorized and has an auto lock feature in addition. Went andf bought another one.

Great Value

I bought 2 of these on sale at lowes after black Friday and they were SIMPLE to install and even easier to program. The directions are easy to follow for installation and programming. You can even set up a one time use code for the house cleaner etc. Nice feature there! I read some of the other reviews and I don't understand why people would have a hard time understanding the directions. The buttons are a little flimsy but compared to the $120 models it is well worth it.

Easy Install?

Like many other reviews have stated about directions not being clear, I'll agree. For the money, the finally finished product is nice. Before installing, read the reviews for added help.
