The golf features are comprehensive and usually reliable. I had only one issue , which was the screen. Garmin replaced the watch promptly, without any problems.

Favorite watch
After having a couple of Apple Watches and enjoying their abilities. Hearing multiple recomendations for garmin watches for the health tracking ability and the uses for outdoor activity tracking:hiking, mountain biking etc. I decided to buy one when I found it on sale. After owning this watch for a few weeks now I don’t see myself going back to any other watch anytime soon and garmin will very likely be my next watch too. Now that I’ve owned this watch for 1-1/2 years worn daily for work and ...

Great Triathlon Watch, Great Value
I bought this model when it was first released, wore it daily, and competed in several races per year. Recently I started having a bit of trouble with one of the buttons and Garrmin simply offered a refurbished replacement which I agreed to. The Epix2 is still an incredible device when compared to many of the newer versions. For the money, and features I need, it'd be hard to justify a different model.

So far very happy
When I bought this it was on sale. I felt like I wanted to upgrade my fenix 5 but I didn’t really know why. The features mainly the battery life far out performs the 5 as well as the button responses. I really like the weight of this watch as it feels solid. The default watch is something I really enjoy. At first I didn’t really know how I would like it but over time I can say the orange is a must have for me. Still working through the button flows and they seem laid out better than the 5. Your ...

Best overall watch
I always love this version of garmin, unfortunately theya re not going to conitnue with this anymore but so far is giving me all the specs that I need specially maps. Something that didn't work for me was the huge display that sometimes feels a alittle big bulky. I considere this item for beginner if you want something to consider before consdiering the new garmin options. Like I mentiones before be aware that this product is discontinued.

Epix
I did buy a epix 2 week ago, I am planning to use it for golf and MTB sports,, so far my wearing the watch on my left hand does not help with my golf swing and tempo., extra mass on my left hand in giving me undesirable results Next time I will tray to wear the watch on my right arm and see if there is any difference.,

Well put together watch. Lots of features.
I've had the Epix Gen 2 Sapphire refurbished for about 2 weeks now, and it hasn't left my wrist. The sad thing is that a lot of the new software available for many other models, including the Epix Pro, is unavailable for the Gen2 Sapphire. Being a thousand-dollar watch only 3 years ago is somewhat sketchy on Garmin's part. I paid only 400 for this refurbished model, but if I had purchased this new 3 years ago, I would be much more irritated. All and all seems to be worth the 400 I spent, but if ...
