Ratcheting tap kit with optional extension adapter

Tap and Die tool set 11 pc
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product. I had a small issue with one part but it was an easy fix. The ratchet mechanism moves smoothly, in hand it feels like a very solid product that I will likely use for years to come. I wish there were instructions and a few common taps and dies included.

A tap set you will die for
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this set to tap out an engine mount for a small pressure washer and was quite pleased with it. The 5 degree ratcheting arc makes it easy to feel as the tap cleans up the threads for precision work. What I found the most helpful was the ability to use the adapter to add an extension. Giving me the ability to get to those tough to reach projects.

Huge timesaver for difficult threading jobs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where has this been all my life? It seems like I am always trying to tap a hole (or clean threads) in some hard to reach location. Turn the tap wrench... then unscrew the handle... take the tap wrench off... turn it 1/4 turn and place back on tap... repeat slowly until you get through the hole. Not with these. Now it is just turn... ratchet back... and turn. The only downside for me is it takes a bit more to back the tap or die to clear chips. ...

Hidden Gem - An underrated excellent product

The range of size coverage is huge, and the ratchet handles are smooth with very little back drag. Included adapters allowing tap holders with 3/8" drive extensions and ratchets. No complaints, a joy to use.

Perfect Repeatability Makes For Perfect Projects
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great idea! Using a ratchet on a tap or die removes most of the inconsistencies when trying to cut threads. I was able to cut perfectly straight new threads correctly the first time, every time.
