Place an order, waited, got the piece in and installed. When removing the protective plastic off of the stainless trim piece, there is two dings in the trim. Tried to contact someone, just need a new trim piece, not the whole kit, it is screwed into the cabinet. There is no one available to help, the phone # leads you in circles and then hangs up...out $$$ and lots of time.

Trim Kit was not a provided requirement when Microwave purchase, but when Installer came to put the microwave in, he stated a trim kit was required. Thus, purchase after delivery of Microwave.

Whoever designed this must have been high
Really poor fit. The top bracket doesnt match up with the mold. Had to cut plastic off the back and bend frame to make it work. For almost $300 I shouldn't have had to break out so many tools.

When installing this trim kit, alterations are not required, nor do we recommend them as that is not how this trim kit was designed and tested for us...
Damaged
Just got microwave, we waiting almost a month for this, get it and it’s not only damaged in several places but does not work it’s got all kind of damage on handle and key board it’s loose , so disappointed in this ,
