Big Disappointment
After less than a year after installation and with only minimal use, the vent does not work! Vent does not raise up, though motor engages. We can lift the device manutally, but it does not stay up and fan will not come on. Expected more from this manufacturer and brand.

Dealing with Lowes and GE is like Russian Roulette
Ordered 36 inch vent in store in early January. Received it in early Feb but it was a 30 inch. The box was banged up but I think the vent was not damaged. Returned it and reordered. Received the 36 inch in late Feb. Box looked perfect. When the countertop install crew opened it to install it, the stainless steel trim piece was bent on one end. I returned it again but the Lowes store can’t do anything other than return it snd order another but it wouldn’t get here until end of March which is afte...
