Installation is a problem

We paid for installation when we purchased the downdraft and cooktop. The installer came to install the cooktop and downdraft. After a little while he decided he did not know how to install the downdraft (it was beyond his scope). So, he left. We are left with a very large hole in our new countertop (expensive countertop) and no cooktop or downdraft. Lowe's does not have a backup plan. DON"T depend on Lowes to install the appliances you buy from them. Will definitely try to use another company ...

Had to install a GE because that is what fit in my cabinet as I did not want to lose my cabinet drawers. It does no look very nice compared with the Zephyr - especially the button that is wrapped in plastic ( I can see that being an issue) My BIGGEST complaint is that after ONE week the unit will not lower - ONE WEEK! Spend the extra money and get the Zephyr - I wish I had!
