keypad nearly impossible to see.

the keypad is all black and the designations are very faint. the door opener is very hard to push. (I have disabled the door lock feature) which made no difference.

looks good, but burns popcorn ALWAYS!

Fits great, love the under cabinet hanging, BUT the microwave itself SUCKS. We hardly use it for anything but popcorn, and because of the wattage (I guess), it either leaves half unpopped or burns it. We cannot find a workaround (have tried every internet hack we've found). VERY annoying. It fails at exactly the one item we actually us a microwave for!!!

Mounting brackets do not fit to the mounting hole

This is the second ge microwave that was ordered for me this year. The first arrived after three weeks and the mounting holes on top did not line up with the brackets that I purchased. Retuned microwave and ordered exact same one and these mounting holes still do not line up with purchased brackets. Both microwaves, there is not a template that matches. We have had the same microwave for ten year prior to replacing. Fits into our space beneath our corner cabinet. Just don’t know how I can mount ...

Expensive - door closing noise!

This is my third purchase of this model in 22 yrs. Unfortunately it is the size that is needed for a built-in area. It looks good, but the door is hard to close and is loud when closing. This is an expensive GE Profile microwave due to the size. Only a two person household here so it doesn't get a lot of use, but I cringe when the door closes. You can hear it across the house. The dog hears it too!

Right fit for 24 inch width and low height profile

Dimensions as described. Perfect width for 24 inch cabinet width above oven. Slightly small but knew that going in. Quiet. Low power. Wish more depth for larger plates and more power.

Died after only 3 years

Worked great for 3 years and then died. Fuses OK but somethings else went wrong. Our last GE lasted 20 years.

Barely lasted a year

Purchased this because it was one of few microwaves that would sit on a shelf in the kitchen. The digital display started going bad 16 months after purchase. T warranty is only 12 months and a new screen is over $100. Don't waste your money, terrible quality for the premium price.

Micro =can't do without it!

With help from the Loew's clerk I was able to order the correct replacement.

Cheap door button broke after 1 year

I needed this size microwave to fit into the kitchen cabinet, nothing else will work. I've had it 1 year and the door button stopped working. Very cheaply made and for the price it should last longer than a year. Avoid getting if you can get away with another sized model.

Totally stopped working

We bought our GE microwave less than two years ago as part of our kitchen renovation. It stopped working last week. GE Appliance Care Expert said the transformer blew, cost to fix $425. GE should stand behind their products when they totally fail. Get a different microwave.
