Fail too frequently

It is my opinion, as an individual having 30+ years as a professional Home Electronics integrator, these devices by Jasco are prone to fail within a 1-5 year period. You mind find it costly, aggravating and time consuming to replace a failed device.

Easy to install and good quality

This was very easy to install, excellent quality, and even provided the neutral jumper wire. Quick and easy to add as a device to my SmartThings home automation. The lighted toggle is helpful to indicate when the outside spot lights are accidentally left on during the daytime, which was one of the reasons I purchased this. With SmartThings, I now can now automatically turn the lights on at sunset and off at sunrise.

It works!

I bought 6 of these for my house. I have them connected to my alarm hub through the z-wave network. They work perfectly fine as far as im concerned. There is only one issue (note: I installed them my self, Im not an electrician) and that is that some of them are noisy when the circuit is closed. I can just hear a tinitus buzz through them.

no connection

I have several GE Enbrighten switches and they all have worked flawlessly. This one switch would not connect to my system. So I would not recommend this switch, but I would suggest GE switches

Smart Switch Switch

Purchase the original switch about 4 years ago to remotely power my lawn lights. It was easy to program and add into my ADT system. Unfortunately, it failed. Purchased a replacement and installed it with the same ease of the first switch. I have another switch just like it for my outside garage lights. Great devices.
