REQUIRES 2.4ghz WiFi
While the box does say that it requires 2.4 GHz wifi, as someone who is not a tech geek, I didn't realize that it meant ONLY 2.4 GHz, and will not work with 5 GHz. So. While I can use it as a normal light bulb, I can't link to it through the app to use any of the programmable functions. I will talk to the tech person in the family to see if there is something to be done, but they really should make it more clear on the box. I spent over an hour trying to figure out what was wrong....
