Efficiency meets Size for the Win

Love the size!!! It fits quilts, rolls nearly all the household towels at once, and gets everything washed too to bottom. It's a tank and gets clothes clean fast with smoother than average agitation for a top loader with minimal vibration, so it's safe on a stand and drains faster than our old machine . Our dryer doesn't have to work so hard. Love this machine!

Did good till 2026 very disappointed!

I purchased this washer for my fiance approximately in 2019 or 2020, give or take, the washer worked like it should for awhile till March 2026, the washer went through the beginning wash cycle, and at the end of the cycle the wash water was pumped out but no spin cycle, the washer would stop, nothing more... after a while of my fiance using the washer, she had to get another washer. Fortunately for me I do not own this wretched machine, as I rent and it was already here when I moved in. Unfortunately, I have the displeasure of dealing with this horrible machine. It doesn't fill the tub up with any visible water in the tap cold, cold, cool, or color water temp settings, even when it's set to the max water level setting. Too many issues

I chose this machine because of the agitator and ability to determine the water level. After 2.5 years it developed the loud grinding noise during the wash cycle. A quick search said this was a common defect in this machine. I got the machine serviced with a new drive belt and new mode shifter. Now, 1 year later...same noise. Thought it'd be better

This was a nice washer when we first purchased it. But within 3 years it started breaking down. First the agitator had to be replaced. Around a year later the clutch AND transmission need to be replaced. Someone gave me a washer they'd had for 3 years and it lasted longer than this one.

Worthless Junk

This washer is the most worthless pile of garbage I’ve ever seen (even compared to my ex husband!)! Regret getting rid of my 20yr old Kenmore.(still working) I replaced with a new modem whirlpool no agitator high efficiency(he) washer. Saves you energy and water they claim. LIE,LIE,LIE! 1. Due to its "energy efficient" design, I have to wash almost every load on the "maximum" water setting in order to get our clothes at all clean. I quickly learned to never select the "precise fill" setting, which doesn't even come close to providing enough water to cover our clothes.
