Beautiful but top broke after 1 year

Would Not Recommend

This tree is beautiful, we opted out of a Lowes protection plan because the manufacturer has a warranty. Well, one year later while putting up the tree the top broke right in half. We put in a claim and the company said they only cover "defects". So now we have a expensive half tree up that is barely a year old and the manufacturer won't honor their warranty. It's not like we were rough with it at all. It's too bad because we really loved this tree.

Oh Christmas tree

Would Not Recommend

The bottom two branches are thin. All of the fluffing in the world won’t make this tree look full. The rest of the tree looks good, just wish they would have done a better job at the bottom.
