GE 6.2-cu ft Vented Electric Dryer ( White )

Works well - Buzzer is loud

House came with a 6.4 size dryer but eventually went south (~20 years) so decided to purchase this one. A little smaller but works better in the current space. So far am happy with the dryer - does what it needs to do. The only complaint (like some others may have mentioned) is the end of cycle buzzer. There's one about 5 min before done and one when done. Very loud and obnoxious. There is no button to silence this so you'll either have to deal with it or unplug it yourself. IMO there is no reas...

The driver showed up to deliver and I explained that I had ordered and paid for a haul off for the old dryer. It didn't show up on the paperwork the driver had but he was very kind and took the dryer saying he would "fix" the problem. He was very courteous and friendly. A wonderful change from the norm!

I love the product but the experience was a nightmare. I went to pick the dyer up and parked at the lumber end so they could bring it out. I went to the customer service desk and let them know I was there and where I was parked. They was super friendly and helped to get someone to help me lift the dyer on the truck. Died after less than 2 years

This dryer was a graduation gift. It worked okay, especially since it was free to me. It left lots of wrinkles in my clothes and for bulky items it took 2 cycles to dry. The sound it made when it was done was very loud and unpleasant. After less than 2 years it stopped working completely. I would not recommend this dryer.

I like the larger than expected drum and the clothes dry as expected. I hate how obnoxiously LOUD and LONG running the "Done" buzzard is and it activates TWO times for every load; I also do not like how overly tight the load selection knob is to turn and there are no markers to know exactly how long you are selecting the run time. Beware of buzzer

My dryer finally quit so I purchased this one since it was inexpensive and could be delivered within a couple of days. Set up and delivery were easy. Fits better in the space than my previous one because it is more compact. Not complicated to use. Main complaint is no way to turn off the end of cycle buzzer. My dogs and I both hate it.
