Review of chest freezer

It has NEVER worked right since we purchased it If i put some things in it that are not frozen it sometimes does not freeze like ice cream it will not freeze it something is frozen it will stay frozen It has been very weird for foods to stay frozen.

Many wonder features, but NOISY!

The freezer is attractive, spacious and very well organized, making great use of the interior space. We especially enjoy the four sliding baskets. I would give it a 10 out of 10 if it weren't for the incessant whistling from the compressor. The compressor noise began almost immediately after installation. We hoped it might be a "breaking in" thing, but it seems to have gotten even worse over the years and can be heard throughout the house. We have to keep the door to the laundry room (where...

not working

I bought this freezer one year and nineteen days ago. Today I went to get something out of it and it was 47*F. worked great until today. Full of thawed out shrimp, fish, and meat. Even without buying the extended warranty, I would expect more than this. Got it running, but don't know for how long. The best part is that I'm a retired refrigeration mechanic....

First the dealer sold us one freezer that was almost 5 years old ,which ran constantly. That one was replaced with the above model, which we have had no trouble with after we replaced the thermostat on it a few days later.

Works great

I have had it for a year, and no problems. Not too noisy, keeps everything good and cold.

Nice Freezer

Just purchased this product to replace an old one. Freezer is very spacious and lightweight, slid it right down to the basement, no problem. We buy all our meat in bulk, the divider trays help keep it organized.

The 4 baskets

Love the 4 basket that comes with it makes more room for little stuff that you dont want to dig around for.
