Display digits are not white like the box or photo
I returned this microwave after opening it and using it once. The display area is not like the picture that’s on the box or on the website. I think this is deceiving. It’s very hard to see if you don’t have all the lights on in the kitchen, maybe that’s why it was on super sale and they shipped defective product.

Appearance is nice, cooks well
So far so good. This microwave is basically like most. I do like the additional 30 second button that some microwaves do not have. I did not give it five stars as I do not know how long it will last. No complaints from my husband or kids yet so that’s good.

Stopped working after three years
Not the exact model number, but the same size. Used it daily since buying it the end of November 2022. During cooking the other day, it cut off and displayed the "power failure" message. No power outage or tripped breaker. The next day, the same thing happened, so I unplugged it. Decided to plug it into a different outlet on another day, just to test it, but the microwave is completely dead. Not even the light inside comes on.

bought this microwave online and had it delivered. It is broken. will randomly stop for no reason. called lowes customer service with the rudest lady on the other line who continued to talk over me and tell me i had to pay $79 more to have mine exchanged. I asked to speak to a supervisor. she ignored me told me she wouldnt and trasnfered the call to lowes credit so i couldnt leave her a bad review LOL. what a joke. Called back later and the guy said return window was too late (i had it for a wee...

It heats very well.
It's the perfect size for my space. The downside is that the location I went to only had it in white. I was hoping for black or at least silver.
