I was a little nervous about moving to this from an old school electric coil cooktop, but I've been impressed so far. I've only used it for a few things over the past couple days, so I can't attest to its longevity. However, I'll share what I have experienced so far. Only certain types of pots work on an induction cooktop, so check before you buy (or be prepared to buy a new set). Great induction cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm impressed by my new Frigidaire cooktop. The temperature controls are easy to use & each of the 5 burners have their own control. Imappreciate that I don't have to select the burner that I want to change each time I want to raise or lower the temperature. Also, being 36" there is plenty of space between burners and controls. All in all, it was an excellent purchase. I would definitely recommend it.

Would Recommend

We had an induction cooktop previously but it was hard to see where the burners were on the black surface. This cooktop has white marks to make the cooking surface more visible. We are also anxious to try the bridge for a griddle.
