Horrible…now being replaced
Fan kept freezing up and the freezer stops getting/staying cold. Had repair people come out 3 times and finally told Frigidaire it was “unrepairable”. Took months to get to that point, hours on the phone with frigidaire. Hundreds of dollars in wasted food!
Unhappy
Frigidaire KNOWS this freezer has a design flaw, yet they'll take your money, then when it doesn't work, they'll tell you there's nothing they can do. I'm very sad that I lost all that money for a freezer that doesn't work and Frigidaire won't stand behind their product.
Bought Two, Both are Defective
We purchased two of these freezers, one in December 2020 and one in January 2021. First freezer had an issue where the fan would freeze up causing the freezer to defrost. A tech did an updated repair on it but within a couple months the problem recurred. Tech now says there's a defect in the door causing air to get in so a new door has to be ordered and we can't use the freezer. Freezer #2 had a defective door causing the interior to ice up.
