I really like the inside of this freezer. The shelves are easy to use and easy to see everything. What I do not like about this freezer is the noise when the compressor is on. Even though this freezer is in the garage, it remains noisy.

Dented in three spots
The freezer itself is not a bad freezer. I was bummed to get it home only to find three dents in it. Could not talk my husband into loading it back up and returning it to Lowes. The box was not damaged so I agree it was probably not Lowes fault and the freezer was dented prior to be putting into the box. Out Freezer crashed on a Friday night and needed the replacement. The freezer space is good.

Hunk of Junk! You Will Only Lose $$$$
This freezer is less than a year old and this is the SECOND time it has broken down. We lost about $1,000 worth of meat the first time and are looking to lose about the same amount again. Frigidaire's answer to the problem this time...add an EXTERNAL compressor kit to support the internal compressor...not repair or replace the compressor or even just go ahead and replace the freezer.
