Missing Parts/ Customer Inconvenienced

According to the instruction manual the gate kit includes the eight square drive screws for the posts. However, they were not in the box. I called Barrete customer service and was told I would have to go to Lowe's to obtain them. So that means that I have to go out of my way because of Barrette's mistake. (bad customer service! ) And this was a $233.00 gate with no hinges or latch included.

Quality product with easy to follow instructions. Looks like it was custom made for our deck as it matches the railings perfectly with looks and height.

Hinges and latch sold separately

I was disappointed to find out that I had to purchase an additional components for the gate kit. It is not listed in the description anywhere but is on the box when it comes in. For the money you pay, it should come with all the hardware.

Nice sturdy Product.

This gate assembled easily and did a nice job and is sturdy, I bought a second gate and cut it to fit a 36" wide opening it turned out just as nice just be careful when dealing with the glue not to get on hands and any outside visible parts as it will show.
