The Forney Oxygen Fuel Twin Welding Hose Reel is built for professional performance, long-lasting durability, and safe hose management in demanding work environments. Its heavy-duty, powder-coated marine-grade steel frame features reinforced flanged edges, stiffening ribs, and beaded spool edges to prevent hose damage and improve operator safety. A full-flow, drop-forged brass swivel joint and body deliver reliable gas flow, while dual brass swivel inlets—permanently marked with machined grooves for correct gas-side installation—ensure proper connection and durability. The multi-position ratchet system works with an automatic spring-rewind mechanism, tested for more than 8,000 cycles, retracting hoses neatly without tangling or kinks. The integrated locking system keeps the hose at your preferred length, while an adjustable guard arm, hose stopper, and four non-snag rollers reduce wear and maintain smooth operation. Supplied with 50 ft. of premium T-Grade twin hose, this reel handles all gases, resists oil, water, abrasion, weather, and heat, and performs in extreme temperatures from -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C).
