Worked great to remove finish from table top!

Good stuff

This product worked well. Do not let the product stay on the wood too long or else it will dry and you'll have even a bigger mess on your hands.

Formsby

Project was to strip Varathane and stain from four counter stools...it took some work but I was able to get down to bare wood. Citrus stripper did not work on this coating.

Almost perfect

Had a solid dark teal paint on my table - over top of stain stain varnish. Two applications of the paint remover, and this is what my table looks like.

Great product one hangup

Bought this to strip some table and chairs to save time and my hands with sanding. Works as described but you must use a lot to get the desired effect which in the long run would cost me more money than it is worth.

Excellent paint remover

This product works exactly as advertised. I followed the directions and removed all the polyuthene on a 1970's table, all I had to do after applying Formby's was sand the original stain down to the bare wood. The finished table looks great and more importantly my wife loves it. Highly recommend this product on any stubborn wood surface.

Great Product

After applying this product twice, per the directions, I had great success with this product. This product proved to be superior to other similar products that I have tried, including those that were recommended to me by someone at a local hardware store. It is imperative to follow the directions on how long the product should sit on the wood, that you go with the wood grain, and use the recommended tools with this product.

We have used Formby's products for years. They really work well. The paint remover is awesome to remove old paint.
