It's a Fluke....nothing more needs to be said. Simple, no bells and whistles. Pricey but will last a lifetime. I'm tired of buying a cheap one every three or four years. True RMS is a must to accurately measure DC on today's growing electronics to accurately diagnose power supply issues.

Basic entry level DMM from the Finest Manufacturer. It does not do current or capacitance. Don't need it for my requirement. I have another Fluke for more important requirement, but for my electronic breadboard experimentation this is a great product, and I got it for less than $64 (MSRP $150). Great purchase!
