Good chair, but quality issues...
I didn't even make it 2 steps in without hitting my first issue. One of the threaded inserts on the seatback seemed to be defective, which made screwing in one of the screws for the arm all the way impossible. After screwing it in about 1/3 of the way in, it would completely seize up and no amount of force would get it to screw in all the way. I tried unscrewing it all the way out and trying again, trying different screws, and making absolutely sure I wasn't cross threading it somehow, but noth...
