Used on TimberTech Boards
We used these clips on the TimberTech composite boards. We couldn't find the TimberTech specific clips and were glad to have found these. They are a little time consuming to install versus the Trex options, but these ones were specified for the TimberTech boards.

I bought this product because it cost less than the Trex hidden system., but the FastenMaster clips are difficult to use and here's why: 1) clips and screws are separate and need to be assembled in place. You have to juggle a clip, screw, driver, the correct angle to screw, and the board position. 2) The angle of the screw matters and there is no guide on the clip to help you get the best angle. Screws Break
About 1/3 of the screws are breaking. I had my husband and daughter try it in case I’m some kind of above average strength she-hulk and the screws broke for them too. Lowe’s didn’t have the Veranda deck fasteners that I prefer so I tried these. Waste of money.
