Nice but a pain to install
This thing is quality built but as noted by others, the instructions are not clear and the canopy to hold the electronics / wires is a tad too small. So small, that it makes you wonder if anything got disconnected while trying to manipulate the cover on...it would help if the power wires were about 3 inches longer so the consumer could tuck away the wires in the electric mount / box to easily place the remote in the mount.
