Good 12" Downrod
Product came well packaged. Very easy to install to replace the smaller downrod that came with the fan. I wish Lowe's carried these in stock at the local brick and mortar stores. Having to order the part online and have it shipped to my house pushed our project back a little over a week. 5 stars on the part. 3 stars to Lowe's for selling the fan but not the accompanying downrods in a physical store.
