The Fanimation Downrod Coupler allows two downrods to be joined together, providing a vast selection of lengths. The ideal distance for a ceiling fan is 7 to 9 feet from the ceiling fan blades to the floor. When building your downrod, ensure your ceiling fan is positioned at the optimal height for air circulation.
