Works great
Love the feature of the timmer to tell me how long I'm showering. One feature that's not told is that you can have the rain shower and waterfall going at the same time. I looked through 100 shower towers and none can confirm this. They just say they have rain shower and waterfall. Great feature to use after working out.

Thank you to Forious for replacing my shower unit when the display panel stopped working after 6 months of use. This was beyond the time frame that items can be returned to Lowes. Truly appreciate it.

The shower sprayers are nice for different types of sprayers, but some of them hit one person great and they hit others wrong. The LED lights and temp screen were good but they quit after only a few months. Install was a two person task, one to hold unit and one to connect water lines.

Great Looking Product but Lack Durability
Very sleek looking product, works wonderful. However, the material is cheaply made and will definitely will not last a long time. But its worth the money spent

Didn't Last Long
We loved this tower and the different spray options it offered. We also loved the display. However, it only lasted for about a month before the lights and display stopped working. Extremely disappointed for such a large purchase to last such a short time.

NO way to get ahold of the company
I purchased this product as a contractor for a client and plumbing inspector stated that they needed info on the diverter valve before they would appprove the install. Well .. after an exhaustive online search onnly finding a facebook page and then after reaching out to lowes for a contct number... I called and got automated message stating that the wireless subscriber was not answering. What kind of company functions on just one cell phone? Really makes me question what the process would b...
