What Customers Are Saying

The product is generally well-received, with customers praising its flexibility, lightweight design, and ease of use. The hose is described as flexible, lightweight, and easy to store. However, some customers reported issues with the hose kinking or losing water pressure, which affected its performance with certain sprinkler systems. Additionally, a few reviewers noted that the hose's diameter seemed smaller than advertised, impacting water flow. Overall, the product appears to be a good general-purpose garden hose, particularly for those who value its lightweight and flexible features, but users should be aware of the potential drawbacks.

Still good

It is stiff and heavy out of the box—about 15 pounds—and coils stubbornly in cool weather until the sun warms it. Once broken in, it kinks less than cheap vinyl and feels worth the money for a barn, jobsite, or long run to the back fence. Ten-year warranty is a fair claim for this class.

Flexible

I am enjoying the narrow gauge and flexibility of the hose. Time will tell whether it is durable and withstands the rigors of being stretched and hung up continually.

The hose seems good

It seems like a grand hose. I haven't used it yet because it is winter. But I'm excited to use it!
