The TM55 is constructed in a compact ultrasonically welded splash-proof (IP65) housing with folding 2.4 In. stainless steel probe and is NSF certified for measuring temperature in liquids, pastes, and semi-solid food. It measures from -40 to 482°F (-40 to 250°C). It has fast response time at < 5 seconds in moving liquid. The probe can be positioned from 0° (storage) to 180° angle.
