Need replacement parts and didn't get
The cartridges for my unit are so hard to screw on and I asked for replacement cartridges and never got them so now my system leaks because I can't tighten my cartridges down. I even broke the wrench trying to put the cartridges on.

Perfect for Home!
I purchased this one for my sister, but the one I have is 4 years old and never got any issues with it doing every 6 months filters change and every year RO and UV light. Water has always been tasting good! Installation was done by my husband, the only thing was that he needed to add some air pressure to the water tank, which is normal. He also installed a second one to a friend 6 months ago and he liked it as well.

This is our second RO system from Express Water. We love it! Installation is easy and all the parts you need come in the kit. No unexpected trips to the hardware store.
