Now that we finally received two that are matching colors we really like the vanities. They’re beautiful and well made.

Wrong color received

We ordered two navy vanities. However, we received a gray one and a blue one, despite both boxes being labeled blue. It has been a giant hassle getting another blue vanity ordered and the gray one picked up, and it has seriously delayed our bathroom renovation. We hope the next vanity we get is actually blue.

Still waiting for it

I can't tell you how the item is because I still haven't received it. When I ordered the vanity, it gave an estimated delivery date of July 7. Here we are July 12, still no vanity and no clue what's going on with it. The last tracking update was on July 9 and said "handed off to final delivery agent" in Tampa, FL (we are about an hour from Tampa). No update since then other than them moving the estimated delivery date further out each day. It now says the estimated delivery date is July 14-July ...

Stay Away

I purchased a bathroom vanity from this retailer at a premium price, only to find that the sliding mechanism was defective, causing the door to not stay closed. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue over the course of a year, the company repeatedly promised replacement parts but failed to deliver.
